Bulldozer helps B2B companies build and execute growth strategies. Their buyers are sophisticated: CMOs, VPs of Growth, RevOps leaders. They've seen every chatbot, every popup, every gated content tactic and they're immune to all of it.

Three problems compounded:
1. Visitors researched silently, then disappeared
Bulldozer's offer - traction tests, GTM strategy, AI-powered growth - isn't self-explanatory. Visitors needed to understand the methodology before booking a call. Without a way to ask questions, most left without ever revealing what they were looking for.
2. The path from first visit to meeting was too long
From first website visit to a booked demo: 9 hours and 22 minutes on average. Visitors would browse, leave, come back days later, browse again. The funnel leaked at every return visit.
3. No visibility into what visitors actually cared about
Bulldozer could see traffic in analytics. They couldn't see intent. Were visitors interested in traction tests? AI implementation? B2B content strategy? Without that signal, follow-up was generic and outreach was guesswork.
The test they designed: One site. One agent. 90 days. No other changes during the window. A clean A/B test to measure the real impact - the kind of rigorous setup they'd demand from any growth experiment.
Rose deployed the Website Agent on Bulldozer's site with Smart Bar as the primary form factor, later adding an embedded version directly in the hero section.
